SWISH Cocktails
Sparkling SWISH

1 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. dry gin
Champagne or sparkling white wine
Splash of fresh lime juice
Mix Cointreau and gin in a chilled champagne flute; top up with chilled champgne/sparkling wine and add a dash of lime. Garnish with a lime slice.
Blue Eyes

Splash of blue Curacao
1 tblsp dark creme de cacao
1 tbsp cream
Splash a touch of blue Curacao in the bottom of a shot glass. Mix the creme de cacao and cream together, then gently (over the back of a spoon) pour the mix over the curacao.
Sing 'Si Si'

1 oz. white tequila
1/2 oz. lime juice cordial
Champagne or sparkling white wine
Mix tequila and lime juice cordial in flute, gently fill with champagne or sparkling wine.
Almond Duet

1 oz. Armagnac
1 oz. Amaretto
Pour both liqueuers into a brandy balloon; stir gently to combine.
Gumbie Cat

1 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. peach liqueur
2 oz. apricot nectar
2 oz. cream
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with cracked ice and gently shake to combine.  Strain into a cocktail glass to serve.
A Walk in the Black Forest

1 oz. dark creme de cacao
1/2 oz. Kirsch
2 tbsp pitted black cherries (tinned)
1 oz. cream
Blend all ingredients until smooth.  Serve in a tumbler garnished with shaved chocolate.
